We strive to provide premium quality products expressly delivered to your doorstep. However, if you receive a damaged or a defective product, contact our Customer Care for assistance. Our team will work towards resolving the issue and, in our sole discretion, replace the product for you.

The below Policy is applicable only to purchases made from www.mercheck.ai.

Cancellation Policy

If you have accidentally placed an order and would like to cancel it before the order is shipped, you can write to our customer support team on contact@mercheck.ai. The order will be cancelled and the refund will be initiated within 24 - 48 business hours after the cancellation request.

Returns Policy

1. All return requests must be placed on the website within 1 day from the date of delivery.
2. Return requests can be placed via the provided email address.
3. The items must be returned with their original packaging in undamaged condition.
4. Images of the invoice, the product and the packaging must be uploaded at the time of raising a return request for the request to be considered.
5. In case you receive a defective/damaged item, we will replace the same at no additional cost.
6. Images of the invoice, a clearly visible image of the damaged/defective product and the packaging must be uploaded at the time of raising a return request for the request to be considered.
7. The item to be returned will be picked up by our logistics partner and handed over to our warehouse. The replacement/refund will be initiated thereafter.
8. The refund can take up to 7-14 working days after the product is received by us.
9. In case you receive an incorrect/incomplete order, please contact us via email on contact@mercheck.ai within 6 hours of receiving the order.
10. The following shall be considered ineligible for returns:
    • Damages due to misuse/usage
    • Products with tampered packaging/product label
    • Any defect/damage that is not covered under warranty
    • Incidental damage
    • Product returned without its original packaging and all components
    • Product returned in a condition different from which it was received
    • After 1 day of receipt of the order
11. The above policy is solely at the discretion of the company.
12. Personalized items cannot be returned or replaced.
